How to prepare Snakegourd Mustard Curry
- 3pc Snakegourd Chopped
- 2pc Potato Chopped
- 1pc Onion Chopped
- 1pc Tomato Chopped
- Mustard Seed 1tbsp
- Cumin Seed 1tsp
- Panch Phoran 1tsp
- Dry Chillies 2pc
- Hing a pinch
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
- Salt as requires
- Mustard Oil 1tsp
- Heat the pan and add oil to the pan.
- Add dry chillies, panch phoran, hing, curry leaves.
- Meanwhile make a smooth paste of mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and tomato to pan and cook it till it done.
- Add turmeric and red chilli powder.
- Add mustard paste.
- Add the chopped snakegourd and potatoes.
- Add salt and stir it well.
- Cook it till the veggies get cooked well.
- Serve it with rice n roti.
