How to prepare Tomato Rasam/ Charu Recipe
- Tomato 5pc
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Salt 1tbsp
- Sugar 1/2tsp
- Mustard Oil 1tsp
- Panch Phoran 1tsp
- Dry Chillies
- Crushed Ginger n Garlic
- Curry Leaves
- Hing a pinch
- Mustard Powder 1/2tsp
- Boil the tomato.
- Mash it well.
- Strain it and add water to adjust the sourness.
- Boil the tomato puree.
- Add turmeric powder, salt to adjust and sugar.
- Tampering with panch phoran, dry chillies, curry leaves, crushed ginger n garlic and hing.
