Tomato Rasam without Dal

How to prepare Tomato Rasam/ Charu Recipe 




Ingredients:
  • Tomato 5pc
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2tsp
  • Mustard Oil 1tsp
  • Panch Phoran 1tsp
  • Dry Chillies
  • Crushed Ginger n Garlic
  • Curry Leaves
  • Hing a pinch
  • Mustard Powder 1/2tsp
Preparation Method:
  • Boil the tomato.
  • Mash it well.
  • Strain it and add water to adjust the sourness.
  • Boil the tomato puree.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt to adjust and sugar.
  • Tampering with panch phoran, dry chillies, curry leaves, crushed ginger n garlic and hing.
