Cucumber Mustard Curry

How to prepare Cucumber Mustard Curry

Ingredients:

For Curry-
Cucumber (2)
Potato (1)
Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon)
Fenugreek Seed (1teaspoon)
Salt
Oil
Curry Leaves

                                                                                    For Paste-
                                                                                    Mustard (1tbsp)
                                                                                    Cumin (1teaspoon)
                                                                                    Garlic (8-10cloves)
                                                                                    Red Chilly (2)
                                                                                    Tamato (2)

Preparation Method:

1. Heat the pan.
2. Add mustard & fenugreek Seed.
3. Allow to crackle.
4. Add curry leaves and turmeric.
5. Add mustard paste.
6. Mix it well.
7. Add vegetables and salt.
8. Cover the lid and allow to cook for 5 min.
9. Dish is ready to serve.

Round Patato Fry

How to prepare Round Patato Fry

Ingredients:

Potato (Cut into approx 1inch round)
Rice (1/2 cup)
Garlic (10-12clove)
Ginger (2inch length)
Green Chilly (1)
Cumin Seed (1teaspoon)
Besan (3 tbsp)
Salt (as per taste)

Preparation Method:

1. Boil Potato and Peel out the skin.
2. Make the mixture with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Heat the tawa and add oil into it.
4. Dip the Potato in the mixture and put it on the tawa.
5. Serve hot.

Bhindi Manchurian Dry

How to prepare Bhindi Manchurian Dry

    Bhindi Manchurian Dry

Ingredients:

Lady Finger 250gm
Onion  1pc(chopped)
Carrot  1pc(chopped)
Garlic 1pc(chopped)
Capsicum 1pc(chopped)
Corn Flour (2tbsp)
All purpose Flour (2tbsp)
Soya Sause (2tbsp)
Schezwan (2tbsp)
Tomato ketchup (2tbsp)
Corrinder leaves (chopped)
Salt as per taste
Oil




Preparation Method:

1. Wash the Lady Finger thoroughly and cut into 1inch pieces.
2. Take this in a bowl and add Corn Flour and all pupose flour into it.
3. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp schezwan and 1/2 tsp salt also.
4. Add few drops of water and mix it thoroughly,
5. Heat the pan and add oil into it.
6. Fry the mixture and take out when it becomes golden color.
7. Add chopped garlic to left over oil.
8. Add chopped onion, fry it till become translucent.
9. Add chopped carrot and capsicum.
10. Add 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp schezwan, 2tbsp tomato ketchup and salt.
11. Mix it up good then add fried lady finger.
12. Put the flame off and add chopped corriender leves.
13. Serve it hot.
