Fish Do Pyaza

How to prepare Fish Do Pyaza



Ingredients:


  1. Fish (6pieces)
  2. Onion (1pc)
  3. Onion Paste (1/2cup)
  4. Tomato Paste (1/2cup)
  5. Ginger n Garlic Paste (2tbsp)
  6. Cumin Seed (1/2tsp)
  7. Curry Leaves
  8. Green Chilly (2pc)
  9. Turmeric (1tsp)
  10. Red Chilly Powder (1tsp)
  11. Garam Masala Powder (2tsp)
  12. Mustard Oil (6tsp)
  13. Salt as required
  14. Corriender Leaves


Preparation Method:

            1. 
 Marinate the Fish pieces with 1/3tsp turmeric, 1/3tsp salt,
                  1/3tsp garam masala powder and  1/2tsp of mustard oil for
                   10min.
              2.  Fry the marinated fish pieces in the tawa both sides.
              3.  Put a pan on flame.
              4.  Add 2tsp of oil in to it.
              5.  Fry the onion and take it out to a plate.
              6.  Put another 2tsp of oil into the same pan.
              7. When oil get heated put 1/2tsp of cumin seeds.
              8. On cumin seeds get crackle, add curry leaves and 2 green
                  chillies.
              9.  Add 2tsp of ginger n garlic paste.
             10.Fry it till raw smell goes off.
             11. Add onion paste and fry till moister get evaporated.
             12. Then add 1/2tsp of turmeric, 1/2tsp of red chilly powder and
                    1tsp of garam masala powder mix it well.
             13. Add Tomato puree and salt to it.
             14. Fry till moister get evaporated.
             15. Add  1/2cup of water fry it for few minutes more.
             16. Add Fried onion and fried fish pieces.
             17. Cook it for 3 mins with the lid cover.
             18. Now the dish is ready, garnish with corriender leaves.
             19. Serve it now.
