How to prepare Beetroot Halwa Recipe
- Grated beetroot - 1cup
- Milk - 2cup
- Sugar - 1/4cup
- Ghee - 2tbsp
- Ilaichi powder - 1/2tsp
- Sliced almond/any dryfruit of your choice
Preparation Method:
- Put the pan on the flame.
- Add 2tbsp of desi ghee on to the pan.
- Add grated beetroot.
- Fry it till moistre get evaporated and ghee seeps to the beetroot.
- Add milk.
- Stir it continuesly till milk get reduced.
- Add ilaichi powder and sliced almonds.
- Give it a quick stir.
- Take out to a plate and serve hot or cold as your wish.
