How to prepare Jaggery Tea/ Gud ki Chai
- Milk 1cup
- Water 1cup
- Jaggery 1tbsp
- Tea Powder 11/2tsp
- Ilaichi 2
- Dalchini Powder 1pinch
- Grated Ginger 1tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1/2tsp
- Boil water and mix jaggery to it.
- Let it to melt completely.
- Add tea powder, ginger, black pepper, ilaichi, cinnamon powdder.
- Strain it to the serving cup.
