Gud ki Cutting Chai/ Jaggery Tea/ Jaggery Masala Chai

How to prepare Jaggery Tea/ Gud ki Chai




Ingredients:
  • Milk 1cup
  • Water 1cup
  • Jaggery 1tbsp
  • Tea Powder 11/2tsp
  • Ilaichi 2
  • Dalchini Powder 1pinch
  • Grated Ginger 1tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1/2tsp
Preparation Method:
  • Boil water and mix jaggery to it.
  • Let it to melt completely.
  • Add tea powder, ginger, black pepper, ilaichi, cinnamon powdder.
  • Strain it to the serving cup.
