How to prepare Eggless Red Velvet Mug Cake
- Whole wheat flour 1cup
- Salt a pinch
- Baking Powder 1tsp
- Baking Soda 1/3tsp
- Cocoa Powder 1tsp
- Powdered Sugar 1/2cup
- Boiled Beetroot Puree 1/2cup
- Oil 2tbsp
- Milk 1cup
- Vanilla Essence 1tsp
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add oil, milk, beetroot puree, vanilla essence to it.
- Preheat the pressure cooker with salt on base.
- Greese the mug and pour the batter in the mug.
- Bake it for 30mins.
- Cool down completely n serve.
