How to prepare Eggless Red Velvet Mug Cake

Ingredients:

• Whole wheat flour 1cup
• Salt a pinch
• Baking Powder 1tsp
• Baking Soda 1/3tsp
• Cocoa Powder 1tsp
• Powdered Sugar 1/2cup
• Boiled Beetroot Puree 1/2cup
• Oil 2tbsp
• Milk 1cup
• Vanilla Essence 1tsp

Preparation Method:

• Mix all dry ingredients.
• Add oil, milk, beetroot puree, vanilla essence to it.
• Preheat the pressure cooker with salt on base.
• Greese the mug and pour the batter in the mug.
• Bake it for 30mins.
• Cool down completely n serve.
