How to prepare Sabudana Vrat Drink
- Sabudana/ Sago 1cup
- Curd 1cup
- Sugar 3tbsp
- Ilaichi 2pods
- Banana 2pc
- Grapes 50gm
- Grated Coconut 3tbsp
- Cinnamon Powder a pinch
- Mixed Dry Fruits 2tbsp
- Wash n Soak sabudana for 5-6hrs.
- Blend the strained sabudana, curd, sugar, ilaichi pods.
- Keep 2tbsp of soaked sabudana for later use.
- In a mixing bowl take roughly chopped bananas.
- Mash it a little.
- Add grapes, grated coconut, soaked sabudana, chopped dry fruits.
- Add blended mixture of curd and sabudana.
- Add pinch of cinnamon powder.
- Pour it in to a serving glass and serve.
