How to prepare Cabbage Fried Rice
Cabbage - 100gm
Rice - 1cup
Panch phoran - 1tsp
Lemon - 1/2pc
Dry Chilly - 2pc
Gren Chilly -2pc
Peanut - 2tbsp
Chana dal - 1tbsp
Garlic - 1pc
Onion - 1pc
Green chillies - 2pc
Turmeric - 1/2tsp
Hing - 1/3tsp
Corriender powder - 1tsp
Salt
Oil - 1tbsp
Put the pan on flame.
Add 1tbsp of oil into it.
Add 1tsp of panch phoran.
Add 2tbsp of peanut, 1tbsp of cahna dal and 1tsp of urad dal.
Fry it till it became golden brown in color.
Add 2 dry chillies and green chillies, curry leaves, 1tbsp of garlic.
Fry the raw smell of garlic goes away.
Add 1 sliced onion and fry till it became light brown in color.
Add 1/3tsp of hing and 100gm of sliced cabbage.
Add 1/2tsp of turmeric, 1tsp of corrinder powder and salt.
Fry for 5 mins till cabbage get cooked with a lid.
Add cooked rice, 1/2tsp of black pepper powder and 1tsp of lemon juice.
Mix it well.
Now the cabbage fried rice is ready, take it out to a plate and serve hot.
