How to prepare Crispy Medu Vada/ Biri bara 




Ingredients:
  • Urad dal 1cup
  • Rice Flour 2tbsp
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped curry leaves
  • Chopped Green Chillies
  • Salt
  • Cooking Soda 1/2tsp
  • Oil to fry
Preparation Method:
  • Soak the urad dal for 4-5hrs.
  • Strain it and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Take the paste in a mixing bowl.
  • Add chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves, salt and cooking soda.
  • Add Rice flour and mix it well.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Take a small portion of mixture in hand.
  • Make a hole in the center.
  • Drop it in the hot oil.
  • Fry it till it became crispy from both sides.
  • Take it out of the oil and serve.

How to prepare Ghugni in pressure cooker




Ingredients:
  • Dry Green Peas 1 1/2cup
  • Onion 1pc
  • Tomato 2pc
  • Cumin Seed 2tsp
  • Corriender Seed 2tsp
  • Cinnamon 1inch
  • Star Anise 1pc
  • Ginger 2inch
  • Garlic 1pc
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1tbsp
  • Salt
  • Sugar 1/3tsp
  • Corrinder leaves
  • Oil 1tbsp
Preparation Method:
  • Soak the Dry green peas for overnight.
  • Make a paste of Corriender seed, Cumin seed 1tsp, Ginger, Garlic n 1 tomato.
  • Put oil to the presure cooker.
  • Add sugar, cumin seed 1tsp, Cinnamon n Star anise.
  • Add chopped onion fry till light brown.
  • Add soaked dry green peas.
  • Add masala paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala powder.
  • Add salt n 1 chopped tomato.
  • Add water and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
  • After releasing pressure add chopped corriender leaves.
  • Serve as snacks or with rice n dal.

How to prepare Perfect Vermicelli Rava Upma




Ingredients:
  • Rava/Suji 1cup
  • Vermicelli 1cup
  • Mustard seed 1/2tsp
  • Cumin seed 1/2tsp
  • Black gram lentils 1tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion 1pc
  • Tomato 1pc
  • Ginger 1inch
  • Green Chillies 1pc
  • Corrinder leaves
  • Salt
  • Cooking Soda 1pinch
  • Oil 2tbsp
Preparation Method:
  • Fry the vermicelli with 2tsp of oil and dry roast sooji.
  • Add oil in the kadai.
  • Add cumin seed, mustard seed, urad dal, curry leaves.
  • Add chopped ginger, green chilli, onion and tomato.
  • Fry it till it became soft.
  • Add 3cups of water and let it to boil.
  • Add fried vermicelli cook for 2mins.
  • Add roasted rava/semolina/suji with stirring continuesly.
  • Add chopped corrinder leaves.
  • Switch off the flame and cover it for 3-4mins.
  • Serve it now.

Ingredients:
  • Wheat Flour 2cup
  • Oil 1/2lt
  • Salt
  • Water
Preparation Method:
  • Mix wheat flour, salt, oil 2tsp and water required to make smooth dough.
  • Make small balls of the dough.
  • Roll it out.
  • Fry the poori till it get crispy.
  • Serve with curry.

Ingredients:
  • Egg 5pc
  • Potato 1pc
  • Onion 1pc
  • Ginger n Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Cumin seed 1/2tsp
  • Bay leaf
  • Cinnamon
  • Clove
  • Curry Leaves
  • Tomato 1pc
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/2tsp
  • Corriender Powder 1tasp

Preparation Method:
  • Boil the eggs and potato.

  • For marination-
  • Curd 1/2cup
  • Roasted Gram Flour 2tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
  • Corriender Powder 1tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Ginger n Garlic Paste 1tsp
  • Mustard oil 1tsp
  • Lemon Juice few drops
  • Salt

  • Gobi Florets
  • Diced Onion
  • Diced Tomato
  • Deseeded N Diced Tomatos

  • For Curry-
  • 2pc Onion Chopped
  • Ginger n Garlic Paste 1tsp
  • Tomato puree 1cup
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
  • Corriender Powder 1tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Cashew Paste 1cup
  • Kasoori Methi Powder 1/2tsp
  • Corriender Leaves chopped 
  • Salt
  • Oil
Preparation Method:
  • Blanch the Cauliflower florets.
  • Prepare the marination.
  • Add the blanched florets in the marination.
  • Mix it well and rest it for 1hr.
  • Take a non-stick pan and add oil to it.
  • Add the marinated florets in it.
  • Roast it perfectly.
  • Fry the Diced Onion, Capsicum n tomato.
  • Add 1tbsp oil to pan.
  • Add chopped onion followder by ginger n garlic paste, tomato puree.
  • Add Turmeric, Red Chilli, Corriender, Garam masala powder.
  • Add Cashew paste, salt.
  • Add Fried veggies n cauliflower tikkas.
  • Mix it well n cook it for 5 mins on simmer.
  • Add Kasoori methi Powder n Chopped corrinder leaves.

Bhindi masala curry | How to make bhindi masala

How to prepare Bhindi Masala Curry




Ingredients:
  • Bhindi 200gm
  • Onion 1pc
  • Bay leaf
  • Cinnamon stick 1inch
  • Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
  • Ginger n garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Tomato Puree 1cup
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Corrinder leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil 2tbsp
Preparation Method:
  • Wash n wipe the bhindi and cut it in to 2inch pieces.
  • Fry the bhindi pieces completely.
  • Put a kadai on flame and add oil to it.
  • Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin seeds.
  • Add sliced onion and fry it till it became transluscent.
  • Add Ginger n Garlic paste.
  • Add turmeric, red chilli powder.
  • Add tomato puree and fry it till moisture get evaporated.
  • Add water of your required consistency.
  • Add salt and let the curry to boil.
  • Add the fried bhindi to it, cover and cook it for 2-3mins.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves.
