Methi saag fry |How to make aloo methi wihout bitterness

How to prepare Methi Saag Fry Recipe




Ingredients:


  • Methi Saag - 1bunch
  • Potato - 2pc
  • Tamato - 1pc
  • Garlic chopped - 1tbsp
  • Green chillies - 2pc
  • Urad dal - 1/2tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/3tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/3tsp
  • Salt 
  • Oil



Preparation Method:

  • Blanch the methi saag.
  • Heat the pan and add 1tsp of oil to it.
  • Add cumin n mustard seeds also urad dal.
  • Add chopped garlic n 2 green chillies.
  • Add diced potatoes.
  • Fry it for 3 mins.
  • Cover n cook till potato get soft.
  • Add blanched methi saag to it.
  • Cook it for 3 mins with a lid.
  • Take out the lid and fry it till moisture get evaporated.
  • Take out to a plate and serve.

Masala Peanut

How to prepare Peanut pakoda Recipe




Ingredients:


  • Peanut - 1cup
  • Besan - 1cup
  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Haldi - 1/2tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1tsp
  • Garam masala - 1tsp
  • Chat masala - 1/3tsp
  • Amchur powder - 1/2tsp
  • Salt 
  • Oil



Preparation Method:

  • Make a thick mixture with all the ingredients except oil by adding water little by little.
  • Deep fry the mixture.
  • Try to drop the peanut one by one with coated the batter.
  • Fry it till it became crispy.
  • Serve with sprinkle chat masala on peanut pakoda.

Sitafal Basundi

How to prepare Sitafal Basundi Recipe




Ingredients:

  • Milk - 750ml
  • Sugar - 1/4cup
  • Ilaichi powder - 1tsp
  • Sitafal - 3pc
  • Almond

Preparation Method:


  • Put a pan on flame.
  • Add milk to the pan.
  • Reduce milk to half.
  • Add sugar to it.
  • Stir it continuously.
  • Add ilaichi powder, sitafal pulp, sliced almond.
  • Serve hot or cold.

Beetroot Halwa

How to prepare Beetroot Halwa Recipe




Ingredients:


  • Grated beetroot - 1cup
  • Milk - 2cup
  • Sugar - 1/4cup
  • Ghee - 2tbsp
  • Ilaichi powder - 1/2tsp
  • Sliced almond/any dryfruit of your choice


Preparation Method:


  • Put the pan on the flame.
  • Add 2tbsp of desi ghee on to the pan.
  • Add grated beetroot.
  • Fry it till moistre get evaporated and ghee seeps to the beetroot.
  • Add milk.
  • Stir it continuesly till milk get reduced.
  • Add ilaichi powder and sliced almonds.
  • Give it a quick stir.
  • Take out to a plate and serve hot or cold as your wish.

oriya kakara pitha

How to prepare Oriya kakara pitha recipe




Ingredients:

Sooji - 2cup
Water - 4cup
Sugar - 1/2cup
Coconut - 1cup
Ilaichi powder - 1/2tsp
Almond for garnishing (optional)
Oil
Salt

Preparation Method:

Make the dough with sooji:            Boil water.
                                                        Add 1/3tsp of salt.
                                                        Add 1/4 cup of sugar.
                                                        Add sooji with stirring continuesly.
                                                        Stir it well till water get absorbed.

Prepare the stuffing with coconut : Fry 1 cup of coconut with 1/3tsp of sugar.
                                                        Fry till it became golden in color.

Make the kakaras:                           Make the ball of dough add stuffing to it.
                                                        Cover the stuffing and give it flat shape.

Deep fry the kakaras:                      Deep fry the kakaras till it became golden in color.

Janhi Aloo Posto

How to prepare Janhi Aloo Posto Recipe




Ingredients:

Ridge gourd - 2pc
Potato - 1pc
Poppy seeds - 2tbsp
Green Chillies - 2
Red chilly - 1
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Garlic - 8cloves
Coconut - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Salt
Oil

Preparation Method:

Make a smooth paste with poppy seed, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, coconut.
Put the kadai on flame.
Add 2tsp of oil.
Add panch phoran, dry chilly, sliced onion.
Fry the onions till it became light brown in color.
Add diced potato and ridge guard.
Add turmeric and salt.
Add prepared paste.
Add 1cup of water.
Cover and cook till the veggies became soft nd gravy became thick.
Take it out to a plate and serve with rice or roti.

Crispy Masala Fish Fry

How to prepare Crispy Masala Fish fry Recipe




Ingredients:

Fish - 4pieces
Ginger n garlic paste - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/3tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1/2tsp
Cumin powder - 1/3tsp
Corriender powder - 1/2tsp
Chat masala - 1/3tsp
Kasoori methi - 1/2tsp
Rice flour 1tbsp
Salt
Mustard oil - 5tbsp

Preparation Method:

Prepare the masala with ginger n garlic paste, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilly powder, cumin powder, corriender powder, chat masala, kasoori methi, salt as per taste and 2tsp of mustard oil.
Coat well the masala to fish pices.
Marinate it for 30mins.
Shallow fry the fish pieces with mustard oil.
Take it out when the fish pieces became crispy from both sides and serve hot.

Dalma oriya recipe

How to prepare Oriya Dalma Recipe





Ingredients:

Moong Dal - 1cup
Raw banana - 1pc
Brinjal -1pc
Potato - 1pc
Ridge Guard - 1pc
Pumpkin - 50gm
Ginger - 2inch
Dry chillies (2pc)
Curry leaves
Cumin seed (2tsp)
Tomato - 1pc
Panch phoran - 1tsp
Turmeric - 1/2tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Salt n Hing - 1/3tsp
Oil (1tbsp)

Preparation Method:

Roast the moong dal.
Add all diced veggies.
Add 1 glass of water.
Add crushed ginger.
Add salt as per taste.
Add 1/2tsp of turmeric.
Pressure cook it for 2 whistle.
After gas has released add 1tbsp of grated coconut and cumin powder.
Make tadka for dalma.
Take another pan.
Add 1tsp of oil into it.
Add 1 bay leaf, 1/3tsp of hing, 2 dry chillies, curry leaves and 1tsp of mustard and cumin seed.
Add the tadka to dalma.
Stir it well.
Serve with roti n rice.
