How to prepare Palak Moong Dal Recipe
- Chopped Palak
- Potato 1pc (Chopped)
- Brinjal 1pc (Chopped)
- Pumpkin 75gm (Chopped)
- Boiled Moong Dal 11/2cup (Cooked with salt and turmeric)
- Garlic 9cloves
- Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
- Dry Chillies 2pc
- Jeera 1/2tsp
- Urad Dal 1tsp
- Oil 1tbsp
- Salt
- Put the Kadai on Flame and add oil to it.
- Add Dry Chillies 2pc, Mustard Seed 1/2tsp, Urad Dal 1tsp, Jeera 1/2tsp.
- Fry it till it change the color.
- Add Sliced Garlic.
- Add Chopped Pumpkin, Brinjal, Potato n Salt.
- Cook the veggies with lid.
- Add the cooked dal and chopped spinach.
- Cook it for another 5mins.
