Palak Moong Dal Recipe Odia Style

How to prepare Palak Moong Dal Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Chopped Palak
  • Potato 1pc (Chopped)
  • Brinjal 1pc (Chopped)
  • Pumpkin 75gm (Chopped)
  • Boiled Moong Dal 11/2cup (Cooked with salt and turmeric)
  • Garlic 9cloves
  • Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
  • Dry Chillies 2pc
  • Jeera 1/2tsp
  • Urad Dal 1tsp
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Put the Kadai on Flame and add oil to it.
  • Add Dry Chillies 2pc, Mustard Seed 1/2tsp, Urad Dal 1tsp, Jeera 1/2tsp.
  • Fry it till it change the color.
  • Add Sliced Garlic.
  • Add Chopped Pumpkin, Brinjal, Potato n Salt. 
  • Cook the veggies with lid.
  • Add the cooked dal and chopped spinach.
  • Cook it for another 5mins.

How to prepare Beans Peanut Masala Fry Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Green Beans 100gms
  • Mustard Seed 1tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Garlic 8-9cloves
  • Haldi Powder 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Dry Mango Powder 1/2tsp
  • Peanut 1cup
  • Sesame 2tsp
  • Dry Chillies 2
  • Oil 1tbsp
Preparation Method:
  • Dry fry Peanut, sesame, Dry chillies and grind it.
  • Put the pan on flame.
  • Add 1tbsp of oil to it.
  • Add Curry leaves, Mustard Seed, Garlic and fry till garlic get golden brown in color.
  • Add green beans chopped.
  • Cook it with lid covered.
  • Add all the masala with salt.
  • Serve it.

How to prepare Fish Masala Curry Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Fish Fillets
  • Mustard Oil
  • Cinnmon stick 2inch
  • Clove 3pc
  • Kalonji 1/3tsp
  • Jeera 1/2tsp
  • Onion 2pc 
  • Haldi 1/2tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Ginger Paste 2tsp
  • Garlic Paste 2tsp
  • Jeera Powder 1tsp
  • Dhania Powder 2tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Tomato Puree 1cup
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Fry the fish fillets.
  • Heat the oil and add cinnmon stick, clove, kalonji, jeera, sliced onion.
  • Add ginger n garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriender powder, garam masala, tomato puree.
  • Fry it well.
  • Add water and salt.
  • When water starts boil add fish fillets.
  • Cook it for 5mins on low flame with lid cover.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves.
  • Take it out to a plate and serve.

Ingredients:
  • Dosa Batter
  • Egg
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Haldi
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Oil
Preparation Method:
  • Brake and whisk the egg with chopped onion, tomato, corriender leaves, haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Put the tawa on flame and spread oil on it.
  • Put a laddle full of dosa batter and make it thin.
  • Add little oil and egg mixture on dosa.
  • Flip it after it get set a little.
  • Cook it for another 3-4mins.
  • Turn the omelet side to top, fold it to half and take it out to a plate and serve.

Ingredients:
  • Karela 200gm
  • Besan 2tsp
  • Rice Flour 3tsp
  • Haldi 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil to Fry
Preparation Method:
  • Cut the thin slices of karela.
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil well.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Fry the mixture till it became golden brown in color.

  • Lady finger 250gm
  • Onion 1pc

  • Garlic 9-10clove

Preparation Method:
  • Make the mustard paste with mustard,jeera,green chilli,garlic,Tomato.
  • Fry the bhindi pieces.
  • Add oil followed by panch phoran,hing,curry leaves,onion,haldi,mustard paste.
  • Add water and let it to boil.
  • Add fried Bhindi.
  • Cook it for 5mins with lid.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves.
  • Serve it.

Jackfruit Pancake

How to prepare Jackfruit Pancake Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Jackfruit pulp - 1cup
  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Ilaichi Powder - 1/2tsp
Preparation Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Heat the pan and spread 1tsp of oil on pan.
  • Put the batter and gently spread it.
  • Cook it for 5-6 mins.
  • Flip the pancake after one side is done.
  • Cook it for another 5 mins.
  • Take it out when bothside became golden brown in color.
  • Serve It.

Ingredients:


  • Grated Beetroot - 1cup
  • Boiled potato - 2
  • Onion chopped -1
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2cup
  • Corrinder leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1/2tsp
  • Curd - 2tbsp
  • Green chutney - 1tsp
  • Mithi chutney - 1tsp
  • Pomegranate seed
  • Ginger n garlic paste - 1tsp
  • Bhujia - 1tbsp
  • Oil
  • Salt
Preparation Method:


  • Fry the grated beetroot along with ginger n garlic paste, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and cumin powder till moisture get evaporated.
  • Take it out to a plate.
  • Add boiled potato, onion, corriender leaves, bread crumbs, chat masala, cumin powder, salt.
  • Mix it thoroughly.
  • Make the shape of tikkies from mixture.
  • Shallow fry it.
  • Take out to a plate when it became crispy from both sides.
  • Add curd, green n mithi chutney, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, pomegrsnate seed and bhujia.
  • Beetroot chaat is ready now to serve.

How to prepare Peanut Chanadal Chutney Recipe




Ingredients:

  • Peanut - 1cup
  • Chanadal - 1cup
  • Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
  • Urad dal - 1tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Hing - 1/4th tsp
  • Green chillies
  • Dry chillies
  • Ginger - 2inch
  • Garlic - 5-6cloves
  • Salt
  • Oil

Preparation Method:

  • Fry all the ingredient except salt till it done.
  • Cool down completely.
  • Blend it well with water of required consistency.
  • Add salt as per required.
  • Tranfer to a bowl.
  • Prepare tampering with mustard seed, Curry leaves n dry chilli.
  • Add tampering to the chutney.
  • Serve it with dosa.
