Aloo Gobi

How to prepare Aloo Gobi Fry



Ingredients:


  1. Cauliflower (1pc)
  2. Potato (2pc)
  3. Onion (2pc)
  4. Tomato (1pc)
  5. Ginger (2inch)
  6. Garlic (1pc)
  7. Green Chilly (2 pc)
  8. Cumin Seed (1/2tsp)
  9. Turmeric (1/2tsp)
  10. Red chilly powder (1tsp)
  11. Garam Masala Powder (1tbsp)
  12. Oil (2tbsp)
  13. Salt




Preparation Method:


  1. Make the paste of garlic, ginger, green chillies, tomato and keep aside.
  2. Put the pan on the flame.
  3. Add oil into it.
  4. Put cauliflower florets and fry till raw smell gone away.
  5. Take out the florets.
  6. Add 1tbsp of oil in to the pan.
  7. Add cumin seeds to the pan.
  8. Add sliced onion on to the pan when cumin seeds get crackle.
  9. Fry the onion till it became golden brown in color.
  10. Add prepared paste.
  11. Fry till moister get evaporated.
  12. Add turmeric, chilly powder, garam masala powder.
  13. Add potato cubes.
  14. Fry the potato for 2-3 mins.
  15. Add fried cauliflower florets and salt to it.
  16. Cook it for 15 mins on slow flame with the lid covered on pan.
  17. Keep stirring after some time interval.
  18. After 15-16 mins the dish is ready to serve now.

Ginger Chicken

How to prepare Ginger chicken Gravy



Ingredients:


  1. Chicken - 300gm
  2. Ginger n Garlic paste - 5tsp
  3. Onion - 1
  4. Tomato puree - 1/2cup
  5. Turmeric - 1/2tsp
  6. Red chilly Powder - 1/2tsp
  7. GaramMasala Powder - 1tsp
  8. Soya Sauce - 3tsp
  9. Black Pepper Powder - 1tsp
  10. Curry Leaves
  11. Green Chillies
  12. Corriender Leaves
  13. Ginger
  14. Salt



Preparation Method:


  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with 2tsp with ginger n garlic paste, 1/2tsp of black pepper powder and 2tsp of soya sauce.
  2. Put the pan on flame.
  3. Add 2tsp of oil on to pan.
  4. Add chopped green chillies and ginger juleane.
  5. Add curry leaves and diced onion.
  6. Fry onion till it became transparent.
  7. Add marinated chicken.
  8. Fry for 5 mins.
  9. Add 1/4tsp of turmeric, 1/2tsp of redchilly powder, 1tsp garam masala powder, 1/2tsp of black pepper powder.
  10. Add 1 tomato puree and salt as per taste.
  11. Mix it well.
  12. Cook the chicken at low flame for 15mins with cover a lid.
  13. After 15 mins take out the lids add chopped corriender leaves and grated ginger.
  14. Now dish is ready serve it with roti or rice.

Pumpkin Tikki

How to prepare Pumpkin Tikki






Ingredients:


  1. Pumpkin (250gm)
  2. Besan (1/2 cup)
  3. Sooji (2tbsp)
  4. Onion (1pc)
  5. Ginger crushed (1tbsp)
  6. Garlic crushed (1tbsp)
  7. Green chillies (2pc)
  8. Cumin seed (1/2tsp)
  9. Turmeric (1/2tsp)
  10. RedChillyPowder (1/2tsp)
  11. GaramMasalaPowder (1tsp)
  12. CorrinderPowder (1tsp)
  13. Chat masala  (1tsp)
  14. Salt
  15. Oil



Preparation Method:


  1.  Grate 250gm of pumpkin.
  2. Dry roast the besan and keep aside.
  3. Add oil to hot pan.
  4. Add 1tbsp of cumin seeds on to the oil and let it to crackle.
  5. Add chopped ginger and garlic.
  6. Fry it till it became golden brown color.
  7. Add turmeric and red chilly powder.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Add garam masala powder and salt to it, fry till pumpkin get soft.
  10. Off the flame and let the mixture to cool down.
  11. Add chopped onion, green chilly, chopped corriender leaves in to it.
  12. Add corriender powder, chat masala and roasted besan.
  13. Mix it well and give the shape of tikkies.
  14. Shallow fry the tikkies from both sides.
  15. Now Pumpkin Tikki is ready.
  16. Serve it hot.

Cucumber Cooler

How to prepare Cucumber Cooler







Ingredients:


  1. Cucumber (2)
  2. Jaljeera Powder(1tbsp)
  3. Chat Powder(1tsp)
  4. Ginger crushed(1tsp)
  5. Lemon sliced (3)
  6. Salt (1/2tsp)
  7. Cold water (1/2 glass)
  8. Ice Cubes (4-5)

Preparation Method:

           Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.

           Blend all the ingredients together.
           Serve it by pouring into a glass.

Parwal Curry || Potola Rasa

How to prepare Parwal Curry/Potola Rasa



Ingredients:


  1. Oil - 4tbsp
  2. Sugar - 1/4tsp
  3. Whole Spices
  4. Onion Paste(1 onion)
  5. Tomato Paste(1 tomato)
  6. Ginger n Garlic Paste(2tbsp)
  7. Turmeric - 1/2tsp
  8. Red Chilly Powder - 1/2tsp
  9. Cumin - 1tsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder -1tsp
  11. Poppy Seed Paste - 3tbsp
  12. Corrinder Leaves(chopped)




Preparation Method:


  1. Put the pan on flame.
  2. Add oil 4tsp on pan and let it get hot.
  3. Fry the pointed gourd pieces till it became brown and soft.
  4. Put another pan on the flame.
  5. Add sugar and let it to melt.
  6. Add whole spices.
  7. Add onion paste, ginger n garlic paste, tomato paste and mix all together.
  8. Add red chilly powder, freshly grounded cumin powder and garam masala powder.
  9. Fry till moister get evaporated.
  10. Add fried pointed gourd, mix with the masala.
  11. Add 1cup of water.
  12. Cover the lid for 5 min on midium flame.
  13. Check out after 5 min.
  14. Add chopped corrinder leaves.
  15. Now serve parwal curry with rice or roti.

Fish Do Pyaza

How to prepare Fish Do Pyaza



Ingredients:


  1. Fish (6pieces)
  2. Onion (1pc)
  3. Onion Paste (1/2cup)
  4. Tomato Paste (1/2cup)
  5. Ginger n Garlic Paste (2tbsp)
  6. Cumin Seed (1/2tsp)
  7. Curry Leaves
  8. Green Chilly (2pc)
  9. Turmeric (1tsp)
  10. Red Chilly Powder (1tsp)
  11. Garam Masala Powder (2tsp)
  12. Mustard Oil (6tsp)
  13. Salt as required
  14. Corriender Leaves


Preparation Method:

            1. 
 Marinate the Fish pieces with 1/3tsp turmeric, 1/3tsp salt,
                  1/3tsp garam masala powder and  1/2tsp of mustard oil for
                   10min.
              2.  Fry the marinated fish pieces in the tawa both sides.
              3.  Put a pan on flame.
              4.  Add 2tsp of oil in to it.
              5.  Fry the onion and take it out to a plate.
              6.  Put another 2tsp of oil into the same pan.
              7. When oil get heated put 1/2tsp of cumin seeds.
              8. On cumin seeds get crackle, add curry leaves and 2 green
                  chillies.
              9.  Add 2tsp of ginger n garlic paste.
             10.Fry it till raw smell goes off.
             11. Add onion paste and fry till moister get evaporated.
             12. Then add 1/2tsp of turmeric, 1/2tsp of red chilly powder and
                    1tsp of garam masala powder mix it well.
             13. Add Tomato puree and salt to it.
             14. Fry till moister get evaporated.
             15. Add  1/2cup of water fry it for few minutes more.
             16. Add Fried onion and fried fish pieces.
             17. Cook it for 3 mins with the lid cover.
             18. Now the dish is ready, garnish with corriender leaves.
             19. Serve it now.

Sabudana Dosa

How to prepare Sabudana Dosa



Ingredients:


  1. Sago (1 cup)
  2. Idli Rice (3 cup)
  3. Flattened Rice  (1/2 cup)
  4. Fenugreek seeds  (1 tsp)
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Oil



Preparation Method:

        1.   Take a blending jar.
        2.  Blend all the ingredient except salt to a smooth batter.
        3.  Rest the batter for atleast 1 hr.
        4.  Heat the tawa add 1/2tsp of oil and spread it.
        5.  Put the Batter and spread it gently.
        6.  Let it cook for both sides.
        7. Take the sabudana Dosa out and serve it.

How to prepare Crispy Gobi 65



Ingredients:


  1. Cauliflower (1pc)
  2. Maida (1/2cup)
  3. Cornflour (1/2cup)
  4. Riceflour (1/2cup)
  5. Onion (1pc)
  6. Ginger n Garlic paste(2tsp)
  7. Curd (1/2cup)
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Green chillies (2pc)
  10. Turmeric (1tsp)
  11. RedChilly Powder(1tsp)
  12. GaramMasalaPowder(1tsp)
  13. PepperPowder (2tsp)
  14. Corriender Powder(2tsp)
  15. Salt
  16. Oil to fry


Preparation Method:

    1.  Take a bowl.
    2.  Blanch the cauliflower with hot water followed by cold water
         and strain it.
    3.  Make a batter with maida, cornflour, riceflour, 1 tsp corriender
         powder, 1/2tsp black pepper powder, 1tsp red chilly powder,
        1tbsp ginger n garlic paste, 1tsp garam masala paste, salt to
        taste.
    4.  Put the cauliflower in to batter and mix it well.
    5.  Dip fry the cauliflowers one by one.
    6.  Put another pan onto the flame.
    7.  Add 2tsp of oil into it.
    8.  When oil get heated add chopped green chillies and curry
         leaves.
    9.  Add 1tsp of corriender powder, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder,
         1tsp of garam masala powder, 1tsp of red chilly powder, 2tbsp
         of curd, salt to taste.
   10.Mix it well.
   11.Add fried gobi into it.
   12.Mix the masala with gobi well.
   13.Now Gobi 65 is ready to serve.

Cold Coffee

How to prepare Cold Coffee






Ingredients:


  1. Milk (1Glass)
  2. Coffee Powder (1tsp)
  3. Sugar (1 tbsp)
  4. Chocolate Icecream (1 scoop)
  5. Chocolate for garnish 
  6. Ice cubes (4-5)


Preparation Method:


  1. Mix all above ingredients and blend well. 
  2. Garnish with chocolate.
  3. Cold Coffee ready to serve.

  2. Mango pulp - 2cups
  3. Fried Oats - 1/4cup

  2. Rice Flour - 1cup
  3. Curd - 1/2 cup

Ingredients:
  1. Palak 
  2. BengalGram(1cup)
  3. Onion (1pc)
  4. Tomato (1pc)
  5. Ginger n Garlic paste (1tbsp)

  7. Turmeric (1tsp)
  8. Red Chilly Powder (1tsp)
  9. Garam Masala (1tbsp)
  10. Freshly fried and grounded cumin powder (1 tbsp)

Preparation Method:

1. Heat the pan and add oil into it.
2. When oil get hot add 1tsp cumin seed.
3. When cumin get crackle add chopped onion, add salt sothat onion get cook quickly.
4. Fry onion till it became golden brown color.
5. Then add ginger n garlic paste.
6. Add chopped tomatoes.
7. Add turmeric, red chilly powder, garam masala powder.
8. Add palak and fry it till it became soft.
9. Add boiled bengal gram into it.
10.Mix it good n cover with lid for 3-4min.
11.After 4min open the lid and add freshly fried and grounded cumin powder.
12.Now dish is ready to serve with Rice n Roti.

Ingredients:


  1. Chicken - 300gm
  2. 1 bay leaf
  3. 1inch cinnamom 
  4. 2 cardamom 
  5. 2 star anise 
  6. 4 cloves
  7. 8 black pepper
  8. 1tbsp cumin seeds 
  9. 2tbsp corriender
  10. Onion - 1pc(chopped)
  11. Onion Paste - 1/2cup
  12. Tomato Paste - 1/2cup
  13. Tomato - 1pc(chopped)
  14. Corriender Leaves
  15. Salt
  16. Oil


Preparation Method:


  1. Blend 1bay leaf, 1inch cinnamom, 2 cardamom, 2 star anise, 4 cloves, 8 black pepper, 1tbsp cumin seeds, 2tbsp corriender seed to a smooth paste.
  2. Put the pan on flame.
  3. Add oil in to it.
  4. Add 1 bay leaf and 1tsp cumin seed.
  5. Add chopped onion followed by chopped tomato.
  6. After tomato get smooth add onion paste.
  7. Then add 4tbsp ginger n garlic paste follwed by blended garam masala paste n tomato puree.
  8. After moister get evaporate add chicken.
  9. Stir it well.
  10. Add salt as per salt and water.
  11. Put the lid cover for 10 mins.
  12. Now our dish is ready to serve.

Ingredients:


  1. Tur dal
  2. Onion - 1pc
  3. Tomato - 1pc
  4. Dry Chilly -2pc
  5. Cumin Seed -1tsp
  6. Cinnamom - 1inch pc
  7. Bay Leaf - 1pc
  8. Star Anise - 1pc
  9. Black pappers - 5pc
  10. Clove - 3pc
  11. Ginger n Garlic paste - 2tbsp
  12. Turmeric - 1tsp
  13. Chilly Powder - 1tsp
  14. Garam Masala - 1tsp
  15. Corriender Leaves - chopped


Preparation Method:


  1. Pressure cook dal with salt and turmeric for 5 min.
  2. Take a pan.
  3. Put the pan on flame.
  4. Add oil into it.
  5. When oil get heat add 1 inch Cinnamom, 1 Bayleaf,  1Star Anise, 4-5 Black pappers, 3-4 clove, 1 tsp jeera and give a toss.
  6. When jeera crackles add chopped Onion to it.
  7. Fry till onion get transluscent.
  8. Add Ginger & Garlic paste to it and fry untill raw smell get away.
  9. Add chopped Tomato and fry till it get smooth.
  10. Add Turmeric, Chilly Powder, Salt to it and keep on frying.
  11. When all masala get ready add cooked Dal to it and give it to a mix.
  12. Add Garam Masala and chopped Corriender Leaves and put the flame off.
  13. Now Dish is ready to serve with Rice and Roti...
